A Welcome Visitor to Attyflin Estate

Attyflin Estate was delighted to host a visit by Birgitta Hedin Curtin and provide a tour of our walled garden and production facilities.
Birgitta, along with her husband Peter, founded the award winning Burren Smokehouse in Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare in 1989 and is celebrating 30 years in business this year.
The Burren Smokehouse is a stockist of Attyflin Estate’s limited edition “Irish Rosette Apple Juice” which won a silver at last year’s Blas na hEireann / Irish Food Awards and received 2 stars at this year’s Great Taste Awards.  The Burren Smokehouse team was keen to find out which of their smoked salmons went best with our Irish Rosette Apple Juice and tried a number of them with the winner being “Honey Glazed Hot Smoked Organic Salmon with Honey, Lemon & Dill.”
